Coffee By Design, Diamond Street

This massive 44,000 square foot building is the mother ship for Coffee by Design’s thriving business. Located in the East Bayside neighborhood, we created spaces for all production, operations and training, plus a new coffee bar and craft-roasting. The goal was to make the roastery visible and connected to the customer experience. We did this by placing the roastery front and center, where customers can see the process all day long through a large glass garage door.
